Although Petschinger´s work originate from a fast-paced and dynamic creative process, they offer an element of lucidity and straightforwardness, encouraging viewers to take a moment to contemplate and appreciate the elegance and intricacy of the visual realm. The aptly chosen title FERTILIZED some more — is the perfect metaphor for Petschinger’s artistic process: everything is in flow, each piece is methodically connected to the other ones. The first publication by John Petschinger offers a comprehensive insight into three of his current work series, the creative process, and his exhibition FERTILIZED at the Landesgalerie Burgenland.

Installation views of John Petschinger´s first institutional soloshow at Landesgalerie Burgenland in Eisenstadt (Austria). 35 never before shown works from 3 different series were presented. In addition to his known works on metal, new series including photographs and paintings on canvas were on display.

At Bildstadt Linz John Petschinger installed around 10 works including his Porsche Art Car, which has been shown to the public for the first time at the center court of the WTA tennis tournament at the design center Linz earlier this year.
